Décalcorama is proud to help organizations in the Maskoutain region.
To start the year in style, we have decided to donate in various forms to the organization La Clé sur la Porte. La Clé sur la Porte is a help and shelter located in St-Hyacinthe, which welcomes women who are victims of domestic violence and their children.
We have contributed in different ways:
First, we collected food that will be distributed to the occupants of the house. Thank you to Geneviève from Porc-Épik Tattoo, located in Marieville, who generously contributed to the fundraising for the foundation. She also donated 3 Metro gift cards worth $50 each.
Second, a Décalcorama employee decided to contribute in her own way. As a beauty care consultant for Mary Kay, Josée Rainville took a comitment to donate to the women of La Clé sur la Porte. She donated the same products sold to her colleagues before the Christmas holidays. Through this initiative, she donated $334 worth of Mary Kay products.
Third, Nancy Boudreault, another Décalcorama employee, had the idea to sell 50/50 at work and during various activities organized by the social committee. Thanks to this initiative, $1000 was raised and donated to the La Clé sur la Porte foundation!
Fourth, thank you to Myo-Thérapie Mirolie Blaser and Élyane Lemaire Orthothérapeute-Massothérapeute from Clinique Myo+ Lemaire & Blaser, who offered 2 gift certificates for a 60-minute massage.
