These steel discs are not magnets. They are instead used as a striker plate which magnets are attracted to.
Our steel washers are available in 3 sizes and come with a countersunk hole (1/8").
Measurements:
W012 is 3/4" diameter x 1/8" thick
W016 is 1" diameter x 1/8" thick
W104 is 1.125" diameter x 1/8" thick
